HTC has officially launched a new mid-range device in India – the Desire 630. The device was introduced alongside the Desire 530 and Desire 825 at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) held in February 2016.

The handset flaunts a textured, micro splash finish. It is powered by a Snapdragon 400 SoC and sports a 5-inch HD display.
In terms of camera, the device has a 13MP f/2.4 rear snapper and a 5MP f/2.8 front shooter.
The Desire 630 boots Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box, along with HTC’s Sense 7 UI. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage. It supports 4G LTE, and packs in a 2200mAh battery.
Measuring 146.9 × 70.9 × 8.3mm and weighing in at 140g, the smartphone comes with dual-SIM support, and 24-bit Hi-res Boomsound speakers with Dolby Audio. Color options include Stratus White Remix and Graphite Grey.

The Desire 630 carries a price tag of INR 14,990 ($222) in India.
When available in Nigeria, the Desire 630 would likely sell between the price range of ₦60,000 – ₦100,000.
