Meizu has offically launched a new device – the m3s. It is a slightly upgraded version of the m3.

Unlike the m3, it has a metal body and sports a 5-inch 720p display with 2.5D curved glass. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with the Flyme OS skin on top. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6750 chipset (four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.5GHz + four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.0GHz). It brings a Mali T860 GPU with it.
The device comes in 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB internal memory options. It is equipped with a 3020mAh battery. There is a 16MP f/2.2 shooter with dual-tone LED flash on the back and a 5MP f/2.0 camera on the front. Measuring 141.9×69.9×8.33mm and weighing in at 138g, the device also comes with hybrid dual-SIM slots and a fingerprint reader on the home button. Color options include silver, grey, gold and pink.
Price and Availability
The base model carries a price tag of CNY 699 ($106) while the 32GB version is priced at CNY 899 ($137). You can pre-order the device on the company’s web store. It will go on sale from June 17.
When available in Nigeria, the m3s will cost about N40,000 – N60,000.
